In case of technical problems, malfunctions or complete stop of the robot, please fill in the following document.
Please give us detailed information about the type of robot (model and serial number), which controller is used? (Please take a picture from the type label of the robot and the controller). The more detailed information we get what kind of problem the robot has, the better we can give support. Please add pictures from the Teach Pendant with the error message or messages.
